A growth partnership proposal

Prepared for Mercy Culture, The Justice Reform, and For Liberty & Justice

You broke ground on the vision. Now comes the engine that funds it.

Mercy Culture went from a first service in 2019 to eight campuses, a school, and a family of housed visions. The Justice Reform broke ground on one hundred beds for survivors. For Liberty & Justice has trained and mobilized candidates across Texas. The mission has outgrown the systems carrying it. Vessels builds those systems. This page is our full plan, our pricing, and our agreement, all in one place.

Housed visions

Where each mission stands

Three movements, one inflection point.

The Justice Reform

The Justice Residences broke ground in May 2025. One hundred beds of long-term survivor housing, a reported 13.2 million dollar campus expansion, and a stated vision of homes in San Antonio, Austin, and every state after that. Your own site names the gap: over 40 million trafficking victims worldwide, and roughly 700 long-term care beds in America.

What it needs · A national capital raise needs a donor engine: major-donor pipeline, donor journeys that do not go cold, and one dashboard that knows every giver by name.

For Liberty & Justice

Chapters forming through local churches, Campaign University cohorts, the Wake Up Church podcast, America 250, rallies and Prayer at the Capitol. With Rep. Schatzline stepping back from the House, the organization itself is the platform now.

What it needs · A chapter model scales on systems, not spreadsheets: a launch funnel for new chapters, a cohort platform for Campaign U, and a podcast engine that turns listeners into members.

Mercy Culture

Eight campuses from Fort Worth to Washington D.C., a preparatory school, a leadership school, conferences, worship, sports, and a food bank. Every housed vision multiplies the reach, and multiplies the operational load.

What it needs · One growth partner across the network, so every arm stops rebuilding the same funnel, the same event stack, and the same donor ask from scratch.

What we found across your sites

Seven platforms. No shared memory.

We read every public page across mercyculture.com, thejusticereform.com, and forlibertyandjustice.us before writing this. Giving runs through Kindful in one arm and Church Center in another. Email lives in Mailchimp. The store runs on Shopify. Forms run through Formstack. The podcast sits on Podbean. Each tool works. Together they cannot answer the one question a growing mission asks every week: who is with us, and what should we invite them into next?

A donor to the Justice Run, a church member in Dallas, and a chapter leader in Tarrant County can be the same person, and no system knows it.

Every event, and you run many, rebuilds registration, promotion, and follow-up by hand.

Staff carry the gap between tools. Where budgets forced cuts, the routine work did not shrink, it just landed on fewer people.

Video and story, your strongest asset as a church known for testimony, gets produced ad hoc instead of on a system.

None of this is a criticism. It is what growth looks like right before the systems catch up. Catching them up is our job.

The partnership

One team behind all three missions.

Gavin runs strategy and systems. Alec runs production through Fervor Films, our in-house studio. You get both, embedded, every month. Three lanes, one contract.

The Network Growth Partnership

The core, every month

  • A production day at your Fort Worth campus every month. We film in person: testimony, campaign stories, leadership messages. You keep every frame.
  • The master growth plan: one donor and audience roadmap across church, Justice Reform, and Liberty & Justice, refreshed quarterly.
  • The Network Portal: one hub for donors, members, chapter leaders, and volunteers. We build it, host it, and run it.
  • The AI audit, then the rollout: we sit with every department, find the routine work, and stand up agents where teams are stretched thin.
  • Monthly reporting you can read in five minutes, with the numbers that matter to a board.

The Justice Reform Donor Engine

Lane two

  • A capital-campaign engine for The Justice Residences: donor journeys, a major-donor pipeline, and campaign pages built to convert conviction into commitment.
  • Kindful stays. We connect it, so giving history finally lives in one view.
  • The Justice Run sprint: registration funnel, sponsor kit, and a content countdown for October 24. This is the first provable win, and it is sixty days out.
  • The city-launch kit: a templated playbook for San Antonio, Austin, and every city after.

The Liberty & Justice Chapter Engine

Lane three

  • A chapter launch funnel and a chapter health dashboard, so growth does not depend on who happens to know whom.
  • Campaign University online: cohort portal, curriculum drip, alumni network.
  • The podcast engine: clipping, distribution calendar, and audience capture that turns the Wake Up Church audience into chapter members.

When you want more

  • Paid media management$3,500/mo + ad spend
  • Social calendar and content engine, per organization$3,000/mo
  • Shopify store growth$2,000/mo
  • Custom software, dashboards, and integrationsscoped, $10k to $50k
  • AI team training intensive$5,000 per team
  • AI office hours and an organizational skills library$2,500/mo
  • Event command center, per major event$7,500

The first ninety days

You will know by week eight, because race registrations are a number.

Days 1 to 14

The audit, live

We sit with every department across all three entities. Systems map, donor data map, event calendar map, AI opportunity list ranked by hours saved. Quick wins ship the same weeks: broken funnels fixed, giving pages tightened.

Weeks 3 to 8

The Justice Run sprint

Registration funnel live, sponsor kit out, weekly story content from film day one. October 24 becomes the proof point for the whole partnership.

Weeks 9 to 12

The engine stands up

Network Portal v1 live. First AI agents in production where the audit found the deepest hours. The 2027 master growth plan lands on your desk before Advent.

Proof, not promises

We build systems that outlast the pitch.

Freedom Electrical Services

A Kansas City trade business, rebuilt as a booked-jobs machine: website, CRM, AI voice agent, retention system, one dashboard.

The Collegist

A national college-life brand taken from idea to launched platform: full site, CMS the founder edits herself, brand kit, lead capture. Public at thecollegist.com.

Fervor Films production

Alec's studio has produced for venues and brands including Jake's Unlimited, where story-led content became the town's calendar filler. The same cameras come to Oakhurst Scenic Drive.

A national evangelism nonprofit

We prototyped an alumni and donor portal for a national evangelism organization: member profiles, a live map, event RSVP, admin tools, built consent-first from day one. That prototype is why the Network Portal is a known quantity, not an experiment.

Who shows up

Two founders. Not a vendor queue.

Gavin Lee

Strategy, systems, AI

Gavin builds growth systems: CRM, portals, automation, AI agents that carry real workload. He runs Vessels with a stewardship conviction that predates the pitch, and it is why the data ethics section below is longer than the pricing section.

Alec Lincoln

Production, Fervor Films

Alec is the camera and the cut. Fervor Films is Vessels' in-house production engine: documentary-grade story work, shot fast, edited to move people. He films your HQ day in person, every month.

The investment

Three ways in. One recommendation.

Foundation

The Network Growth Partnership. The core, for the church or a single nonprofit.

$15,000/mo

  • Monthly HQ production day, filmed in person
  • Master growth plan, refreshed quarterly
  • The Network Portal, built and run
  • AI audit and phased agent rollout

The Network

All three lanes. The partnership as designed, across every entity named on this page.

$32,500/mo

  • Everything in The Network
  • Paid media management across entities
  • AI office hours and the skills library
  • One team training intensive per quarter
  • Priority scoping on custom software

Not ready for a retainer? Start with the audit.

The Network AI & Systems Audit: two weeks, every department, a ranked map of where systems and agents would save the most hours and raise the most funds. Credited in full against month one of any tier.

Six-month initial term, then month to month. Rate locked 24 months. No revenue share: donation-funded missions keep every dollar they raise.

The agreement, in full

Read everything before you sign anything.

This is the engagement agreement behind every tier above. The countersigned copy you receive before kickoff matches what you read here.

1. Parties and scope

This agreement is between The Lees Media LLC, doing business as Vessels, and the Mercy Culture entity or entities named at checkout. Services follow the selected tier as described on this page. Each housed vision signs for its own scope; nothing in this agreement makes one entity liable for another's fees.

2. Term

Six-month initial term, then month to month. Either party may end the engagement after the initial term with thirty days written notice. Your rate is locked for twenty-four months from signing.

3. Fees and billing

The monthly retainer bills in advance via Stripe on the first business day of each service month. The audit bills once, and is credited in full against the first retainer month if you upgrade within ninety days. Ad spend, event hard costs, and approved third-party fees pass through at cost, never marked up.

4. Ownership

You own every deliverable on payment: footage, edits, designs, copy, the portal codebase, dashboards, and documentation. Vessels retains its pre-existing tools and templates. If we ever part ways, you keep the keys and we hand over a clean transition file.

5. Data ethics

Donor, member, and chapter data stays yours, governed by a written data-use agreement before any live data flows. Vessels accesses it as a named processor only, for the work on this page, never for any other client or purpose. The Justice Reform's survivor and case records are out of scope entirely: our systems will never store, process, or touch them. Where church members' spiritual information appears, it is treated as sensitive by default.

6. Confidentiality

Both sides keep non-public information confidential during the engagement and after it ends. Vessels may name the engagement and show approved deliverables in its portfolio only with your written approval.

7. Standards of work

Vessels warrants professional workmanship and will re-perform any deliverable that misses the agreed spec. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior six months.

8. Governing law

Wyoming law governs, with disputes resolved by binding arbitration. Both parties will attempt thirty days of good-faith resolution before filing anything.

Asked and answered

Why a partner instead of hiring?

The Network tier costs less than a media director, a developer, a designer, and a strategist, and it arrives already working as a team. When it makes sense to hire internally, we help you do it and hand systems over. We win when your team gets stronger, not more dependent.

Can one entity start alone?

Yes. Foundation covers the church or a single nonprofit. Most of the value compounds when the lanes connect, which is why The Network is the tier we recommend, but the door opens one lane at a time if that is the wise first step.

How do you handle survivor privacy?

We do not touch it. Survivor and case data is excluded in the agreement itself, section five. Our work for The Justice Reform lives entirely on the donor, event, and advocacy side.

What happens to our current tools?

We connect before we replace. Kindful, Church Center, Mailchimp, and Shopify all keep working on day one; the portal reads from them. A tool only gets replaced when the replacement clearly earns it, with your team's sign-off.

Who owns what gets built?

You do, on payment, including the portal code. Section four is unambiguous on purpose.

Is Vessels aligned with our faith?

Vessels is a faith-led agency. Stewardship and generosity are two of our eight stated values, and the name means what it says. We will serve the mission with conviction and stay in our lane: we are your systems and story partner, not a voice in your pulpit or your politics.

Your move

Build what the mission deserves.

One call. We walk the whole plan, answer everything, and if it is a fit, film day one lands on the calendar before we hang up.
